Lately I've been thinking alot about the women in my lives. Their strength. Their patience and determination.

And I've come to the conclusion...sometimes you can explain your feelings all you want, work as hard as you can, try and try and try but in the end you have to choose you.

If you don't, no one around you can be healthy.
