After All

In my first life, I registered for the finest flatware. The most expensive china. The best crystal.

In my new life, we bought a reasonable set of dinnerware. Our miss matched glasses are all compliments of Marshall's. And I buy most of my shiny stuff at thrift shops.

But in both lives, there was the color blue. Blue plates, blue cups, blue of anything and everything.

And as the color blue follows me through my lives, I wonder, am I so different after all?
