Today is Saturday. Usually on Saturdays I try to pick up the wonderful droppings my dog so sweetly leaves for me during the week. Nasty I know, but there is a point in telling you this.
As I was heading for the garbage, I walked past my herb garden. What do I see but this beautiful Mantis. Tom comes with the camera and is ready to snap in an instant.
Boy did this bug pose! Smiling, turning (OK, so maybe it did look like it might eat me). I swear it wanted it's picture taken!!!
We had a little photo shot. I couldn't get the buggy to wear a hat or anything but it sure worked the camera. That little ""cover bug".
Who knew picking up poop includes photo opportunities?
