Today was a good day.
I woke up really early and picked up my friend Charlene and we went to a neighbor's house. The neighbor was selling plants. Gallon pots for $4 bucks.
We filled my teeny, tiny car with 11 pots of plants. Not to mention, Taco came. It was pretty funny.
Today, I also make beet greens. I loooove beets. I found a recipe that explains how to cook the greens. They are soooo good. We had it with onions, pasta and cannelini beans...yum!!
