Yesterday, my Mom and I painted her new place. Watermelon, mint and Paddington blue, she decided not to play it safe and paint the walls white like she usually we does. Well, she decided with the encouragement of me, of course. I hope she wasn't just trying to shut me up!
I think it looks quite beautiful. Color changes a home. Makes it your own. A clean slate. A new begining.
And she deserves a beautiful new begining.
